Before you start
Questions parents ask
Answered here the way we would answer them on the phone. Where something is not settled yet (the written privacy policy, for one) we say so instead of dressing it up.
Your child’s data
You hold the account, not your child. You can see everything we hold about your family and ask for it to be deleted, from your own settings.
We build to two laws. India’s DPDP Act, which makes a child’s data the parent’s to control, and America’s COPPA, which says the same for children under thirteen.

The full privacy policy is still being written. The privacy page says so too. Until it is published, and for anything these questions do not answer, ask us and you will get a plain answer.
Are classes live or recorded?
Live every week, and every class is recorded for you.
What age should we start?
From 0. The 0–5 tier is taught to you, and you teach the child.
Do I need to know anything myself?
No. Most parents start knowing very little. That is the point.
What if we miss a class?
The recording is in your account the same day.
Which timezone are classes in?
Several, so families abroad can join at a sensible hour.
Is it safe for my child online?
Small groups, known teachers, and the account is controlled by you.
Do you follow a particular sampradaya (tradition)?
No. This is Sanatana. Every family is welcome.
