Before you write
About a class
Joining links and timings live in your account. That is the fastest place to look, and it is never sent by email. If something there is wrong or missing, write and tell us which class and which child.
Refunds
What you are entitled to is set out on the refunds page. If money has left your account for something you did not receive, write to us with the reference and we will sort it out.
