Write to us and a person reads it. We are a small team in Braj, Vrindavan, so the reply comes from someone who knows your family’s classes rather than from a help desk.
If it is about a booking or an order
Put the reference in your message. It is the short code beginning SC- or CT- shown on the page you landed on after paying, and it is kept in your account under My Purchases. With it we can find the payment straight away; without it we usually have to write back and ask.
If it is about a class your child has joined
The joining link, the class times and the recordings all live in your account — that is the fastest place to look, and it is never sent by email. If something there is wrong or missing, write and tell us which class and which child.
Refunds
What you are entitled to is set out on the refunds page. If money has left your account for something you did not receive, write to us with the reference and we will sort it out.
